Job Description

The Service Revenue role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue and business growth. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to increase service revenue, with a focus on direct sales, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and managing relationships with key accounts and contractors/architects. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue, including direct sales and AMC sales.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, contractors, and architects to drive business opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, focusing on service-based solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to align service revenue goals with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Prepare and present proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.




Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on service revenue performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronics field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar service revenue or sales role, preferably in the electrical/digital systems industry.
Proven track record of driving service revenue growth and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
