Role Description

The Music Producer will work full time on-site at The Chordifiers Studios in Siliguri, collaborating with artists and the creative team to develop, arrange, and produce high-quality music projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing recording sessions, guiding performance takes, shaping song arrangements, and managing the production process from pre-production to final mix. The role involves selecting and working with appropriate music technology, sound design, and instruments,



as well as providing creative feedback to help artists refine their artistic vision. The Music Producer will also coordinate with engineers and other studio staff, maintain project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet professional industry standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Music Production and Music Technology, including experience with digital audio workstations, recording workflows, and sound design.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Music Theory and practical Music performance or composition, enabling effective arrangement and harmonic guidance.
Candidates should possess an understanding of the Music Industry and current trends, including independent artist development, release strategies, and audience engagement.
Experience in studio-based collaboration, including working with diverse artists, giving constructive feedback, and managing multiple projects.
