Strong in scripting & automation (Helios scripting tool preferred; trainable if not known)

Analytical skills – ability to automate processes, pull reports

Prepare scorecards and publish
Attendance tracker management
Business review dashboards (weekly/monthly) and data maintenance
Data Analytics
SQL
PLX or Looker or Tableau (preferred BI tools)
Functional Skills
Good Project Management & Time Management
Consultative approach
Versatile to work across APAC/EMEA/US shifts
Preferred background: HR Operations or Recruitment (not mandatory)
Individual Contributor role, no team handling experience required
Internal work focus; Good communication skills and ability to articulate well
