About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Documentation Executive to create, maintain, and manage technical documentation for our healthcare and MedTech products. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is accurate, well-organized, up to date, and aligned with internal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain technical documents, product manuals, SOPs, specifications, reports, and records
Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and other teams to gather and validate technical information
Review documents for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency
Manage document versions, revisions, approvals, and controlled records
Maintain an organized document management and control system




Support documentation required for product development, testing, quality, and regulatory processes
Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for timely updates
Ensure proper formatting, naming, filing, and accessibility of technical documents
Maintain documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements
Key Skills Required
1–2 years of experience in technical documentation, document control, technical writing, or a related role
Robust technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Good understanding of document control, version management, and record keeping
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical information clearly
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
