About the Role
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong background in Risk, Fraud Investigation, Analytics, and Business Loss Prevention. The ideal candidate should have excellent SQL skills, robust investigative thinking, and the ability to analyze complex business data to identify fraud, risks, and potential revenue/business losses.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct risk and fraud investigations using data-driven approaches.
Analyze large datasets to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, suspicious activities, and business risks.
Investigate potential cases and provide actionable insights to reduce business losses and financial risks.
Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, validation, and investigation.
Work closely with risk, fraud, operations, and business teams to understand investigation requirements.
Perform root-cause analysis and identify trends contributing to fraud or business loss.




Prepare investigation reports, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Handle task-based analytical questions and case studies as part of the assessment/interview process.
Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong executive presence.
Support continuous improvement of fraud detection and risk monitoring processes.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Risk Analyst / Fraud Analyst.
Strong experience in Risk & Fraud Investigation.
Excellent SQL skills – 80–90% of the role.
Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
Experience in business loss reduction / fraud prevention / risk analytics.
Ability to investigate complex scenarios and derive insights from data.
Strong communication and executive presence.
Experience working with large datasets and performing data-driven analysis.
