Role Description
Every month, the brand decides what goes on offer, where the marketing budget goes, what the calendar looks like, and which campaigns run. Someone has to make sure all of that actually happens on online marketplaces like Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, Amazon etc, and across the agencies, collaborations and PR.

That is this role. You are the point of contact between the brand, markeplaces, and agencies.

Marketplace partner communication — Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, Amazon etc.
Own the day-to-day relationship with category and account managers at each marketplace
Communicate discounts, offers and promo participation clearly and on time
Share marketing plans and budgets with each platform and follow through on what was agreed
Circulate the monthly marketing calendar to all B2B partners and keep it updated
Ensure every brand decision — pricing, offers, creatives,



launches — is actually reflected on each platform, and chase until it is

Stock and availability
Read the marketing plan ahead of time and flag what stock each marketplace will need, and when
Coordinate with operations and supply so hero SKUs never go out of stock mid-campaign
Track inventory across platforms and raise alarms early, not after the sale has started

Agency and PR coordination
Brief and follow up with influencer marketing agencies on reels, creator collaborations and Instagram campaigns
Coordinate with agencies on timelines, creatives and deliverables
Manage communication with PR agencies — briefs, approvals, coverage tracking

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in beauty, personal care or D2C, in a brand, e-commerce, key account or agency-facing role
Have worked with at least one of Nykaa, Tira, Myntra or Amazon from the brand side — you know how seller panels, promo calendars and category teams
