Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a full time, on-site role based in Thane. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding and documentation. The intern will support the implementation of HR policies, help manage attendance and leave records,



and assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. The role may also include helping with HR reports, basic HR analytics, and coordination with different departments to address HR-related queries.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in building a career in HR.
Ability to support HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration in line with organizational guidelines.
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software or HRIS is an advantage.
