Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce Auto Cloud + Service Cloud implementations — from discovery to deployment — for enterprise clients in India and APAC.
Design and configure Salesforce object models, process automations (Flow, Process Builder), validation rules, and Service Console layouts aligned with automotive and service industry standards.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP, telematics, and customer portals via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
Mentor junior consultants and manage delivery timelines, quality,



and client expectations across remote, cross-functional teams.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specs and conduct UAT, training, and post-go-live support for service operations teams.
Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices — including data governance, security model design, and performance optimization — to ensure scalable, secure deployments.
