Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Agency Sales Manager role based in Cuttack. The Agency Sales Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of agency partners and advisors, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth in health insurance business for the region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing local sales strategies, monitoring productivity, and driving market penetration through effective lead generation and customer engagement. The role requires regular field visits to support agency teams, provide guidance on products and sales processes, and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The Agency Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, compliance, and reporting to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Experience in agency/channel sales, preferably in health or general
