Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Finance / IFMIS Consultant with proven expertise in Government financial management, Treasury operations, IFMIS/IFMS, and large-scale e-Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring robust functional knowledge of public-sector financial processes, hands-on experience with government projects, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technology-driven solutions. The candidate should be confident in engaging with senior government stakeholders, implementation teams, and technology partners to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities




Support and monitor Government IFMIS/IFMS and e-Governance projects.
Work closely with Finance and Treasury departments to understand and improve financial processes.
Provide functional expertise in IFMIS, Treasury, budgeting, accounting, payments, receipts, and financial reporting.
Support requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, testing, implementation, and rollout.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, and implementation activities.
Coordinate with government officials, technology teams, and implementation partners.
Identify process gaps and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
Prepare project reports, MIS, dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
Participate in workshops, user consultations, training, and change-management activities.
