Infolabs Global is expanding, and we are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-obsessed Instagram expert to take full ownership of our brand's social presence.
This is a 100% Work from Home prospect. We are looking for a storyteller who can build community, drive engagement, and translate our vision into thumb-stopping content from anywhere in the world.
What you will be doing:
End-to-End Content Creation: Pitch, script, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels, Stories, and static carousels that align with the Infolabs Global brand voice.
Page Management: Own the daily publishing schedule, write highly engaging captions, and maintain a consistent, visually appealing grid.
Community Building: Actively respond to comments and DMs, and proactively engage with our target audience to foster real brand loyalty.
Strategy & Analytics: Monitor weekly performance metrics to understand what is working and continuously optimize our strategy for reach and conversion.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of Instagram algorithm updates,



trending audio, and cultural moments to keep our content relevant and fresh.
Who we are looking for:
Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for brands, creators, or agencies.
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing Reels, strong visual aesthetics, and community growth.
Proficiency in up-to-date editing tools (CapCut, Canva, native IG tools, etc.).
Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for hooks and calls-to-action.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Comfortable navigating mature themes: You must be entirely comfortable working with, posting, and managing adult content.
