Position Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager– Taxation

Reporting to: Sr. Manager Taxation

Department: Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai (Nerul)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (Inter CA)/Post Graduate qualified person to join our Taxation team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling direct and indirect tax compliances, assisting in tax litigation matters,



coordinating with consultants and tax authorities, and ensuring timely statutory compliance. The role offers exposure to Corporate Taxation, GST, TDS, Tax Assessments and Audits.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax:

Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for companies and other entities.
Computation of advance tax, self-assessment tax and tax provisions.
Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns and reconciliation with Form 26AS/TRACES.
Assistance in Tax audits and statutory audits relating to direct tax matters.
Preparation of replies to notices received from the Income Tax Department.
Support in Income Tax Assessments, Re-assessment Proceedings, Appeals and litigation.
Preparation and maintenance of tax reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Coordination with external tax consultants and internal stakeholders.

Indirect Tax (GST)

Preparation and filing of GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, a
