Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Mylapore. The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing G Square’s projects, and explaining key features and benefits. The role involves qualifying leads,



maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, and following up with interested prospects to drive site visits and closures. The Telesales Executive responds to inquiries, addresses basic customer questions, and coordinates with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Daily tasks also include meeting call and conversion targets, sharing customer feedback, and contributing to a professional and service-focused sales environment.
