About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a solid understanding of visual storytelling and brand design for YouTube.
You'll work closely with editors, content teams, and other creatives to develop visual systems and assets that make video content more engaging, distinctive, and consistent.

This role goes beyond creating individual graphics. You'll be expected to build visual styles for different brands,



translate existing brand identities into video-friendly design systems, and execute those systems consistently across multiple videos.

Key Responsibilities
Style Creation
Build a distinct visual system for each brand, including typography, colour, illustration style, graphic language, and motion-ready design elements.
Translate a brand's existing identity including its logo, brand guidelines, website, and overall visual language into a design system that works effectively within video content.
Develop visual concepts and design directions that complement the brand's personality and the story being told.
Present and articulate why a particular visual style fits a brand, rather than simply presenting multiple design options.
Create scalable design systems that can be consistently executed across a long-form YouTube content pipeline and by other members of the creative team.
