About the Role
ProManage IT Solution is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our presence in the international market.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with global clients and a strong understanding of digital services, particularly Website Development, SEO, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
Research and connect with potential global clients through various channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches.
Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and client onboarding.
Meet monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Stay updated with digital marketing and technology trends to effectively communicate our services.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably with international clients.
Previous experience working with global/international markets is required.
Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory.
Good understanding of Website Development, SEO, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client handling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
