Kamla Conchem Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturer of construction chemicals and tile adhesive products under the ETAC brand.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Sales who can take complete ownership of our sales organization and help us expand our dealer, distributor and market network across Gujarat and other Indian markets.
This is a senior leadership position with direct responsibility for sales growth, team performance, market expansion, channel development, collections and overall business development.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement the company's sales strategy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
Set realistic but challenging targets for the sales organization.
Drive consistent sales growth across existing and new markets.
Monitor sales performance by territory, product and team member.
Identify opportunities for increasing market share.
Present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
2. Dealer & Distributor Development
Expand the ETAC dealer and distributor network.
Identify and appoint suitable channel partners.
Develop strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Increase sales productivity of existing channel partners.
Identify current territories and untapped markets.
