Role Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales leader to spearhead HyperVerge’s growth in Africa and MEA. This is a high-ownership role that blends enterprise hunting, key account growth, and partnership-led GTM. You’ll be responsible for defining the regional playbook, building strong ecosystem relationships, and converting high-potential opportunities into long-term business impact.
The ideal leader has a strong BFSI/fintech background, deep regional experience, and a track record of driving outcomes in emerging markets.

Key Outcomes




Establish HyperVerge as a top-tier digital identity player across Africa and MEA.
Build a robust partner ecosystem contributing to consistent lead generation.
Strengthen our regional enterprise account base through repeat wins and cross-sell.
Define and operationalize GTM strategy per sub-region (Nigeria, Kenya, Middle-East).
Deliver structured pipeline visibility, account health, and forecast accuracy.
Enable collaboration across sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Roles & Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for HyperVerge’s Digital Identity product suite.
Identify and close new logos while deepening relationships with key existing accounts.
Lead Strategic Account Management initiatives — driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across key clients.
Build and manage local partnerships and joint GTM efforts to accelerate deal origination.
