Role Description The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving event bookings and revenue for Panigrahana Weddings. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings, presenting service packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed wedding events. The Event Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the planning and operations teams to understand service offerings,



customize proposals, and ensure seamless handover from sales to event execution. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, responding to client queries, preparing quotes and contracts, coordinating site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also requires tracking sales performance, providing regular reports, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience handling weddings or private events.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing event contracts.
