Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. In this position, the team member will design visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, including graphics, logos, and branding materials. The role involves editing and producing videos for marketing campaigns, reels, and other digital content formats, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing strategists and content writers, developing creative concepts, preparing design files for various platforms, and refining deliverables based on feedback. The role also requires staying updated on design trends, optimizing content for digital channels, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced agency workplace.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience with Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain consistent brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and design impact.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
