ROLE PURPOSE





The Sales Executive is the frontline growth engine for Sturlite's Lighting business within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for building and expanding the dealer/distributor network, driving secondary sales, and ensuring consistent brand availability and visibility across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory on a monthly and quarterly basisBuild, expand, and service a robust dealer and distributor network; identify and onboard new channel partnersConduct regular market coverage across assigned towns and ensure adequate product availability and displayExecute trade schemes, promotions, and discount programs effectively at the counter levelTrack competition activity (pricing, schemes, current launches) and report insights to the ASMManage outstanding collections and ensure adherence to credit norms with channel partnersSubmit daily call reports, sales reports, and marke
