About The Role

As Aspire scales rapidly across Southeast Asia, keeping regulatory compliance solid and financial crime risk in check across our growing customer base is critical. This role exists to make sure customer accounts are periodically reviewed in line with AML/CFT requirements, while proactively identifying emerging risks and maintaining the integrity of Aspire's financial ecosystem. You'll balance compliance excellence with operational efficiency by driving high-quality reviews, supporting risk mitigation, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the team.

What You'll Own

Conduct comprehensive periodic reviews of customer accounts, including transactional analysis, customer profiling, and risk assessments
Identify, investigate, and document potential AML/CFT or compliance risks, escalating complex or high-risk cases where required
