In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities
Handling shift activities of Div. A (Mixing, Extruder, Calendaring, Dip-Unit)
Manpower arrangement and manning contracted manpower
Tyre and compounding knowledge
Manpower handling, counselling people for valuable results
Achieving production, scrap, and other targets
Fillup Production, Delay and manpower entry in SAP.
Calculation of Efficiency and other reports as required.

Experience in Operations and Maintenance

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ production/ industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 Years of Experience.
