About the Role
If you like talking to people, doing a bit of detective work on companies, figuring out who the right person is, and finding a way to get their attention, you’ll probably like this role. We’re looking for an SDR to join our team and work on outbound and ABM. You’ll learn how B2B sales works, how we identify the companies we want to work with, how to reach senior finance leaders, and what it takes to turn a cold account into an actual conversation. And yes, there will be calling. Quite a bit of it. So you should be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you haven’t spoken to before.

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospects through calls, email and LinkedIn
Research companies and find the right people within our target accounts
Help execute targeted outbound and ABM campaigns
Write and test different emails,



LinkedIn messages and outreach approaches
Build prospect lists and keep account and contact data clean
Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools, and stay open to picking up recent ones as we test them
Follow up with prospects and keep conversations moving
Learn what messaging gets responses and what gets completely ignored
Keep track of outreach and conversations in the CRM
Work closely with the team to understand our product, customers and the finance leaders we sell to
Bring ideas for new ways to find and reach the right accounts

Qualifications

You don’t need to know every sales tool or have the perfect cold call script memorised. We’re looking for someone with 1–4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, lead generation or a similar role. You should be comfortable speaking to people, write well, be good at research and be willing to learn your w
