Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and govern the model-based development framework for MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and Embedded Coder.
Develop system-level plant and controller models for electromechanical subsystems including motors, actuators, sensors, safety interlocks, calibration, and diagnostics.
Translate system requirements into executable models and maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements, tests, and generated code.
Lead technical risk assessment activities and ensure mitigations are implemented and verified within the model and embedded implementation.
Drive model verification strategy across MIL, SIL, PIL, and HIL environments and establish acceptance criteria for model and code readiness.
Skills Required:




15+ years of relevant industrial experience in model-based development and embedded systems.
Solid hands-on experience in Model Based Development using MATLAB and Simulink for embedded control systems.
Experience building models for electromechanical medical devices and integrating them with embedded software implementations.
Ability to define scalable modeling standards, traceability practices, and code generation workflows for regulated products.
Experience with design controls, risk assessment, and compliance-driven development for medical device software.

Education: Master's degree in Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Automation, Computers Engineering, or a related field.
