About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Brand Growth Manager to join our team.

This is not a typical social media management role. You'll work closely with the founder to build and grow multiple brands through content, storytelling, strategic marketing, partnerships, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy
Develop and execute monthly content strategies.
Build content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
Research trends, audience behaviour, and competitors.




Generate creative content ideas that align with brand goals.

Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish content.
Coordinate the end-to-end content workflow.
Optimize captions, hashtags, keywords, and posting schedules.
Ensure consistency across all social media channels.
Brand Growth
Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Develop campaigns that drive audience growth and lead generation.
Suggest current content formats and creative experiments.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify relevant creators, brands, and business partners.
Reach out and manage collaboration opportunities.
Build influencer and partnership campaigns.
Explore sponsorship and cross-promotion opportunities.

Community Management
Monitor audience engagement.
Respond to comments and messages when required.
