Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of IT experience and a strong background in Java or .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing enterprise application development projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives. A PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, development teams, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.




Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve blockers and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage vendor and client communications where applicable.
Ensure compliance with banking industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience.
Robust technical background in Java/J2EE or Microsoft .NET technologies.
Proven experience managing enterprise software development projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Rally.
