Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to create high-quality digital and print designs for events, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and experience in preparing designs for both digital platforms and large-scale print production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative, event-ready designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, brochures, web assets, venue branding, and event collaterals.
Create digital creatives such as social media posts, carousels, website banners, presentations, and event screens.
Prepare print-ready artwork ensuring correct colour modes, bleed, resolution, dimensions, and vendor specifications.
Collaborate with managers and the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and organizational standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.




Review existing design processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve design quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with external printing and production vendors whenever required.
Maintain consistency in visual identity across all digital, print, and event-related materials.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in Graphic Design / Visual Design.
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
Strong understanding of print production, colour accuracy, bleed, resolution, and file preparation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade design skills through training and professional development.
