Candidates should possess FF&E; expertise, including selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts, durability, safety, and budget requirements.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Photoshop, 3D rendering) is beneficial.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial, hospitality, or cinema projects preferred.
