Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end HR for the Hosur Plant, partnering closely with the Plant Head and functional leaders to ensure the right manpower, productivity, employee engagement, compliance, and effective people processes across the site.

Key Responsibilities
Plant HR Business Partnering: Partner with the Plant Head, Quality Head and other functional leaders on manpower, organization, performance and people priorities.
Manpower Planning & Productivity: Drive manpower planning, deployment and productivity across on-roll employees, contract workforce and casual labour, ensuring optimal utilization aligned with production requirements.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, employee movements, retention and exits for the plant.
Contract Labour Management: Manage workforce deployment, contractor coordination, attendance, documentation, wage-related processes and adherence to applicable requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Maintain a positive employee relations workplace,



address employee concerns and grievances, and drive plant-level engagement initiatives.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, factory-related HR compliances, contract labour requirements, statutory records and audits, working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Performance & Capability: Drive goal setting, performance reviews, capability-building initiatives and development interventions for plant employees.
Change Management: Communicate and manage organizational, structural and process changes effectively across the plant.
HR Governance & Analytics: Track key HR metrics including manpower, productivity, absenteeism, attrition, overtime and hiring; identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Corporate HR Alignment: Ensure effective deployment of organization-wide HR policies, processes and initiatives at the plant.

Experience and Qualifications:
MBA / Postgradu
