Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own lead generation for our leasing business end-to-end, from paid media strategy and execution to creative and copy. You'll run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns aimed at generating qualified leasing enquiries, while also building our organic brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Lead Forms, Feed, Reels).
• Build campaign structures, ad groups/ad sets, keyword strategy, and audience targeting from scratch.




• Track CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality; report on performance against budget and KPIs.
• Continuously test, optimise, and reallocate budget based on data, not just set-and-forget campaigns.
• Manage conversion tracking, pixel/tag setup, and basic CRM/lead-routing hygiene.

Media Planning & Forecasting
• Build monthly media plans with budget allocation across platforms and campaign types.
• Forecast impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, and expected leads with clearly stated assumptions.
• Justify platform and campaign-type choices based on funnel stage and objective.

Social Media & Brand Presence
• Manage and grow Collab24's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Plan and schedule brand-aligned organic content; monitor engagement and refine strategy.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
