About the Role
We are looking for a curious, research-oriented, and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with the influencer marketing team on creator scouting, market research, influencer discovery, and campaign requirements across multiple categories.
This is a hands-on opportunity to understand how brands identify and collaborate with the right creators for their marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Scout and identify relevant influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Research and shortlist creators based on brand requirements, category, audience, content style, location, engagement, and other campaign criteria.
Conduct market research to identify emerging creators, trending content, and relevant influencer segments.




Build and maintain creator databases with accurate information such as profile links, category, followers, engagement, location, and contact details.
Understand different brand categories and identify creators who align with their target audience and brand image.
Analyze creator profiles and assess their content quality, audience relevance, engagement, and overall suitability for campaigns.
Support the team in preparing creator shortlists and campaign recommendations.
Track influencer trends, new creators, viral content, and changing social media trends.
Assist the influencer marketing team with day-to-day research and campaign-related requirements.
Coordinate internally with the team to ensure creator requirements are understood and delivered within timelines.
