About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive – Influencer Campaign Execution to join our team in Gurgaon.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in executing influencer marketing campaigns and coordinating with clients, creators/influencers and internal teams.
You will work closely with the Campaign Lead to execute campaigns from planning handover to final delivery. While the Campaign Lead will be responsible for the overall campaign strategy, planning, budgets, commercials and negotiations, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution, coordination, follow-ups, client communication and ensuring that campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, proactive, comfortable dealing with clients and creators,



and capable of managing multiple campaign deliverables simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Coordination
Support the Campaign Lead in the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
Take ownership of day-to-day campaign activities once the campaign plan and requirements are finalised.
Coordinate with influencers/creators to ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables.
Share briefs, timelines, content requirements and campaign guidelines with relevant stakeholders.
Track creator deliverables, submissions, revisions, approvals and posting schedules.
Maintain campaign trackers and ensure all campaign information is updated accurately.
Follow up consistently with creators and internal teams to ensure timelines are met.
Identify delays, gaps or potential execution issues and escalate them to the Campaign Lead proactively.
Client Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day campaign coordination with clients.
