About the Role
FutureBridge is seeking a hands-on, commercially ambitious consulting leader to help grow and strengthen its Chemicals, Materials & Natural Resources practice.
The Director will create and convert consulting opportunities, lead senior client relationships and strategic engagements, and develop a stronger and increasingly independent consulting team. The role is suited to someone who combines technical and commercial credibility with the ability to win and deliver high-quality advisory work.
Business development is a core accountability. The Director will create opportunities through client relationships, referrals, network activation, targeted senior outreach and relevant market insight.
CNR advises clients across growth and portfolio strategy, market entry, innovation commercialisation, competitiveness, procurement and supply resilience, industrial decarbonisation,



circularity and regulatory change.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial and Client Growth
Own the profitable growth of a portfolio of priority clients, prospects and market areas.
Build trusted senior executive relationships and advise clients on the strategic, technical and commercial issues affecting their businesses.
Identify significant client needs and translate them into differentiated, commercially viable consulting engagements.
Lead solution design, proposal strategy, executive presentations, pricing discussions and engagement conversion.
Expand existing accounts through adjacent opportunities, follow-on work and long-term relationship development.
Work with Sales and Marketing on target accounts, campaigns, outreach and disciplined opportunity follow-up.
Deliver agreed objectives for revenue, conversion, account growth, repeat business and project economics.
