Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Panchkula. The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by building strong, long-term relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for their banking needs. Daily responsibilities include acquiring new customers,



onboarding them to bank products and services, and cross-selling solutions such as deposits, loans, and digital channels. The role involves assessing customer needs, providing tailored financial advice, ensuring high service standards, and resolving queries promptly and professionally. The Relationship Manager also tracks portfolio performance, supports risk management and compliance requirements, and collaborates with branch teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and maintain long-term partnerships.
Experience in retail banking or financial services, preferably handling products such as deposits, loans, mortgages, or MSME and agriculture credit.
Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and cross-selling banking products.
