Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow client relationships, engage with existing and prospective investors, and provide guidance on the company’s products and services. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, responding to client queries,



supporting trading and investment-related requests, and ensuring a smooth client experience. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, tracking client portfolios and activity, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to local investor outreach initiatives, educate clients on platforms and tools, and promote a client-first, compliant approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand investor needs, and provide clear, unbiased information.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining financial concepts in simple terms and engaging with diverse client profiles.
