Purpose of Role:
To support the creation, coordination and delivery of communications, training and enablement activities across transformation programmes. The role is responsible for drafting communications, developing user-friendly training materials, supporting training delivery, maintaining LMS content and helping users build confidence in current systems, processes and ways of working.
Scope:
Global coverage with focus on APAC markets. No direct reports. Supports the Communications & Training Lead, programme team, market teams, change champions, super users and delivery teams by creating, maintaining and delivering communications, training and LMS content across multiple transformation workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft,
tailor and maintain internal and external communications including FAQs, programme updates, market communications, leadership briefing materials, user announcements and client-facing content.
• Translate programme, process and system information into clear, simple and audience-friendly messages for different stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain training and enablement materials including SOPs, user guides, quick reference guides, training decks, process walkthroughs, knowledge articles, videos and eLearning content.
• Support LMS creation and administration, including course set-up, content upload, learning pathway maintenance, learner enrolment, completion tracking, reporting and content version control.
• Coordinate and support training delivery, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, issuing learner communications, tracking attendance and collecting feedback.
