We are hiring Telecallers / Telemarketing Executives to support the market outreach of our School Management System across Tamil Nadu.
The role will focus on identifying and connecting with decision-makers in schools, including Correspondents, Principals, Trustees, Management Representatives and Administrators, introducing the solution, generating interest, and securing appointments for product demonstrations by our sales team.
Location: Chennai / Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Language Requirement: Tamil and English – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to schools across Tamil Nadu using the database and leads provided.
Connect with the appropriate decision-makers such as Correspondents, Principals, Trustees and School Management representatives.
Introduce the School Management System clearly and professionally.
Understand the school’s existing processes, current software usage and areas of interest through structured conversations.
Generate qualified interest and secure appointments for product demonstrations.




Coordinate demo schedules between prospective schools and the internal sales/product team.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects until the demo is completed.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-up dates, decision-maker details and demo status.
Update daily calling and lead-conversion reports.
Handle initial objections confidently and keep conversations focused on securing the next step.
Maintain a qualified representation of the company in every interaction.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
Experience in any of the following will be preferred:
EdTech
School Management Software
ERP / SaaS products
Education services
B2B telemarketing
Selling or promoting solutions to schools or educational institutions

Mandatory Skills
Fluency in Tamil and English
Strong verbal comm
