We are hiring on behalf of a rapid-growing D2C health and wellness brand for an Operations Manager role based in Bengaluru.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Operations Head D2C Ecommerce to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across supply chain, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, customer experience, and process automation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling D2C ecommerce operations, building efficient processes, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while optimizing operational costs. The role requires close collaboration with the founders and leadership team to support rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supply Chain:
• Lead end-to-end D2C operations from procurement to customer delivery.




• Develop and implement scalable operational processes and SOPs.
• Ensure seamless inventory planning, replenishment, and stock availability.
• Drive demand forecasting to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Optimize warehouse operations for accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and procurement partners.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, and reverse logistics.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and courier aggregators.
• Improve delivery timelines, reduce RTO (Return to Origin), and enhance fulfillment accuracy.
• Monitor logistics performance and negotiate cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Ensure SLA compliance across all fulfillment partners.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventor
