The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Video & Digital Media Specialist who can conceptualize, create, and edit engaging video content that aligns with our brand voice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, comfortable working across multiple formats, and capable of transforming ideas into impactful video experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing?
End-to-End Video Production:Own the complete video lifecycle—from concept,



scripting, and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery
AI-Powered Video Workflows: Leverage AI tools for video authoring, editing, captioning, upscaling, background cleanup, and workflow optimization
Digital Video Content: Create high-impact videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, employer branding, and internal communications
Pre-Production Planning: Develop scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans aligned with business and campaign goals
Shooting & Directio: Handle camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording for studio, on-location, and hybrid shoots
Post-Production Editing: Edit and polish videos including cuts, color correction, sound design, subtitles, and final mastering
Motion Graphics & Effects: Design or integrate motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, and basic animations
Streaming Platforms: Upload, manage, and optimize vid
