We're hiring an E-commerce & Amazon Specialist at BathStory

BathStory is a design-first D2C bath-fittings brand, building the kind of bathroom experience Indian homes haven't really had access to: thoughtful design and execution, done right. We're at a pivotal phase now — growing rapidly, expanding into more products, and building the vision to eventually become THE new-age brand for all things bathroom.

We're looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial e-commerce specialist who can help us scale our online business across our website and Amazon.

This role is for an equal-parts analytical and curious person — someone who understands e-commerce, performance marketing, technology and, most importantly, how customers make buying decisions online.

As part of this role, you will:

Own online revenue growth across BathStory's website and Amazon, with a explicit focus on driving sales, improving conversion and scaling what works.




Work hand-in-hand with our performance marketing agency; reviewing creatives, reading the analytics, spotting what's leaking, and pushing performance up.
Own our D2C funnel end to end; from traffic and ad click to product discovery, checkout and purchase.
Work directly with our developers on the website to improve the e-commerce experience, CRO and conversion rate. You'll have opinions on what isn't working and be expected to test them.
Drive Amazon growth across our product portfolio — working with our Amazon Ads team on campaigns, keywords, listings, promotions and overall marketplace performance.
Take ownership of Amazon sales and growth metrics, identifying opportunities to improve rankings, visibility, conversion and ROAS.
Work on product listings, content, pricing, offers and merchandising to improve online conversion across both our website and Amazon.
