Roles and Responsibilities:
Administer and support Windows Server and VMware environments across enterprise infrastructure.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and related identity and access configurations.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for Windows, virtualization, and server-side issues.
Automate administrative tasks and operational workflows using PowerShell.
Support Hyper-V and coordinate infrastructure changes across on-premises and hybrid environments.
Skills Required:
10-15 years of relevant experience in Windows server and VMware administration.
Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server,



VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V, and PowerShell.
Ability to manage enterprise Windows and virtualization platforms in a multi-site environment.
Experience supporting stable, scalable server infrastructure and resolving complex platform issues.
Practical knowledge of Windows administration, virtualization, and scripting for operational support.
Good to Have:
Exposure to Azure, AWS, SCCM, and Intune.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's degree in Information Technology.
