Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the South Goa district,



responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Soul Travelling’s experiential offerings to diverse customer segments. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with individual travelers, groups, schools, and corporate clients, while nurturing existing relationships for repeat and referral business. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospect qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels; collaborating with operations and experience-design teams to align offerings with client needs; and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also includes representing the brand at events, building partnerships with local stakeholders, and providing feedback on customer insights to help refine products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
