About the Role:
IVARS Material Science Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist / Junior Sales Coordinator to support customer engagement, lead generation, sales follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination of business activities. The role involves interacting with existing and prospective customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely communication, follow-ups, quotations, and order-related support.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with existing and prospective customers to understand their requirements and maintain regular business communication.
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Generate and qualify leads and maintain timely follow-ups to progress potential opportunities.
Schedule meetings and business discussions with prospective customers to support business development activities.
Manage customer enquiries and coordinate quotations, pricing information, order details, and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, orders,



and chance status.
Prepare and update sales reports, lead trackers, customer databases, and other sales-related records.
Assist in tracking market trends, prospective customers, and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Business Development, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered depending on the profile.
Experience in B2B sales or manufacturing/materials/chemical-related industries would be an advantage.
