Role Description The Sales Specialist will work on-site in Karol Bagh in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with prospective and existing customers to present HiveRift Softwares’ products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, managing client relationships, and following up on leads to drive revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with software capabilities, maintaining accurate sales records,



and preparing regular reports on sales performance. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, stay updated on product enhancements, and support customer onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to convey product benefits clearly, listen actively, and build trust with clients.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
