Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, aligned with the US night shift. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospective learners and families,



and presenting Bhanzu’s math learning solutions in a consultative manner. The Sales Business Development professional will conduct product demos, follow up on inquiries, manage pipelines in CRM tools, and drive conversions to meet and exceed sales targets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with customer support and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, gathering market insights, and contributing feedback to improve sales pitches and product offerings. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to defined processes, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for all sales activities.
