Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding the firm’s client base across residential, commercial, and other asset classes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships,



managing key accounts, and presenting tailored property solutions. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and support end-to-end transaction processes. The role requires consistent follow-up, professional communication, and active participation in client meetings, site visits, and networking activities.
Qualifications
Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management principles, including pipeline management and relationship maintenance.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex property solutions clearly and confidently.
