Role Description The Analyst role at AXSOT is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting investment decisions and portfolio management. On a day-to-day basis, the Analyst conducts industry and company research, analyzes market structures and competitive dynamics,



and builds financial models to evaluate investment opportunities. The role involves preparing investment memos and presentations, tracking portfolio performance, and contributing to ongoing monitoring of business quality, leadership effectiveness, and governance standards. The Analyst collaborates closely with senior team members to refine investment theses, support due diligence processes, and provide insights that inform disciplined capital allocation. This role also includes maintaining structured data sets, improving research workflows, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
