The Role:
We need someone who can walk into a brand conversation, read the room in 30 seconds, and walk out with a signed marketing plan. You're not a salesperson. You're not an account manager. You're the person who genuinely understands marketing, genuinely understands culture, and happens to be very, very positive at getting people to say yes. As Partner - Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the relationship between CDC and the brands on our platform,



helping them see where they're growing, where they're leaving money on the table, and why investing in CDC's marketing ecosystem is the smartest thing they can do about it.

What You'll Do
● Own the growth of every brand in your portfolio. Their numbers are your numbers.
● Pitch and close paid marketing packages across everything CDC offers- Meta and Google ads, website banners, homepage takeovers, emailers, social media features, and in-store visual merchandising across Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
● Sell proposals that feel like they were made specifically for that brand. Then make sure they're delivered exactly as promised.
● Track performance of every campaign, share results with the brand, and use those results to sell the next one.
● Find the brands on the platform that haven't invested in marketing yet. Change their minds.

Who You Are:
● 3–4 years in account management, brand solutions, or marketing sales
