Role Description The Territory Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The individual will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new institutional and college partners, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.



Day-to-day activities include meeting with decision-makers at colleges, presenting FACE Prep’s training and placement solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal training and operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery, providing post-sales support, and gathering feedback to improve offerings. The Territory Sales Manager will track sales metrics, prepare reports, and actively participate in regional marketing and outreach initiatives to expand FACE Prep’s presence.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven Sales experience in field sales, with 2–5 years in a territory or B2B/educational sales role.
Customer Service mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
