Role Description The Manager – Residential Real Estate Sales will lead and grow residential sales operations, with responsibility for meeting revenue targets and expanding the client base. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, involving regular coordination with clients, developers,



and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales team, setting and tracking performance goals, overseeing property listings and site visits, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role also includes developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, managing budgets related to sales activities, and providing clear, timely reports to leadership. The manager will coach and train team members, maintain high standards of customer service, and uphold ethical and compliant sales practices.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including client interaction, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven People Management experience, with capability to lead, mentor, and develop a sales team.
